In this video we will have a look at the Original Prusa i3 MK3 3D Printer and find out whether it is a worthy successor to the MK2. Along the way I will show you my experiences I had with the machine and its new features. And at the end I will tell you whether I think it is worth the money.

I see the results you’re obtaining with this 1000 dollars printer, And I can now say, my 160 dollar ender 3 does the same, and maybe better.
You compared the sound to one other 3D printer, then make the claim that it’s “quieter than other 3D printers”, in general. After hearing that, you’ve basically discredited the review as it exposes some bias for just being your favorite 3D printer. I couldn’t rely on this video to reveal the extent of the flaws that you do admit to. You brush past them quickly and end it with, paraphrasing, “too many pros to list them all in this video”. Thank you for the useful info that you did provide and at least it gives us some direction of things to look into.

Hahahahahahahaha 😂
Yeah….. 😅
😭
just a thought as i like the review…. but if you do not fine tune properly before testing how can you call it a proper review….does not seem very fair to the product. Love the voice by the way..you should do audio books haha
holy crap that is quiet!
OMG it's my dream to have one of these for years now for prosthetics design! unfortunately my body crapped out and i can no longer work so it remains a dream only! these things are getting so cool and mainstream now!!
what is the material at 3:37?
What about creality cr10
Amazing printer Made in Czechia!
We just got the MK3s at work. I printed the batman piece first too lol
bag of gummy bears LOL
How do i get a Prusa 3D PRINTER to review on my Channel, How much do i have to pay, i know they are not going to give me printer for free or do they, i am new to this so don't mind the dumb question, any help would be great, thanks
My dad also got gummy bears before, from a company that was selling parts to a computer.
All you want is a better printer. And since you have youtubechannel with decent subs you can just ask for reviev product
0:30 "reasonable price" not really it is overpriced for what is
Wait, is… Is that Vista I see? Why are you using Vista??
Would you recommend the current version of this (MK3S) or the smaller and cheaper Prusa Mini?
Can it print carbon fibre?
One of the best printers out there.
Sorry Scott but it's bit hard to believe you have no ABS temperature holding problem with an open construction PRINTER like Prusa i3 is.
Ein Macher wie du nimmt sich nicht einen Anet A6 vor? Wäre doch bestimmt eine Herausforderung 😉
What was the size of the nozzle for the wood and other non-pla filaments? I’m assuming from my discussions .6mm would reduce tip clogging along with a hardened steel tip?
What I'm interested in is this process of "reaching out to the manufacturer" to receive a "review model."
I have no real presence on YouTube, but I do on other social media platforms, …plus I can bs like a mf!
So, what is your pitch when you reach out to a manufacturer…?
Filament that come with Prusa is garbage.
It looks like the printer was 3d printed
Does this video still hold true today?
Ordered a Prusa i3 MK3S and needed to secure my decision …
Thanks!
(P.S.: Umso überraschter war ich, dass Du hier in Fulda sitzt 😉 )
Hello ( breath) today we will be unboxing a 3D printer (breath)
I can smell the hot filament through the video.
A PACK OF GUMMY BEARS XD
"RTFM"
it's "PRUSHA"
Proves to me you need to set your parameters instead of being lazy.
Ca va c'est bien dégueulasse comme finition 😮
I noticed during some of the prints such as the flexible and wood, the print cooling fan was not turned on, this could be why it stringed a bit for those two types of filament
If you don't need an enclosure, then yes. It is.
"Heat bet"…"price tak"… "stantart 3D prinder"… LOL
I bought an all aluminum Geeetech Prusa I3 A pro back in 2016. It actually prints better than the prints he was showing and for far less money. I use it to print all sorts of stuff with minimal fuss. I had a power supply failure which GEEETECH promptly replaced. Earlier this year (after 3 years of heavy use) one of the x-axis bearing wore out (it was a very cheap and easy repair). Still printing like the day I got it.
Buy something else.. the servo wires on the fan break after 30 hours of printing (at least in my case, some people have had better luck).
Any other owner of 3D printer: struggles with ABS
Him: struggles with bamboo, wood and gumish "thing" made from tires, shoes etc.
Not sure the prusa is worth the price, some of the prints looked very average and some below average. Nice review though.
